Shipping: The default flat-rate shipping charge is $25 for all orders that do not include a firearm or a heavy/bulky item. We use Canada Post as our default carrier. The default Canada Post shipping cost for orders containing a firearm is $40. If you're ordering a single, small or inexpensive item, contact us, and we'll do our best to get you a better shipping rate.

If you prefer to use Purolator as a more reliable alternative to Canada Post, please select the $35 Purolator shipping option. Firearms cannot be shipped with Purolator.

Most items and orders will ship for these default shipping rates. All orders may be subject to additional freight charges depending on package dimensions, weight, and delivery address. Territories and remote addresses may incur additional freight charges on all orders. Bulky, heavy, or large items will incur additional freight charges. If your order requires extra shipping charges, we'll contact you to collect the remaining amount.

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible after receiving your order. Keep in mind we are closed Sunday and Monday. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please let us know.

Firearm Shipping: All firearms and ammunition must be sent to the address associated with the purchaser's PAL. All firearm and ammunition orders are shipped with a required signature. Firearms may incur additional shipping fees.

Firearm & Binary Target Purchases: A valid PAL is required for all firearms and binary target purchases. Please send a scan or photo of the front and back of your PAL, plus an additional photo of another piece of government-issued photo ID, to [email protected]. For restricted firearm purchases, please include your birthplace and shooting club name. All firearm and binary target sales are final.

Ammunition, Powder, & Primer Purchases: A valid PAL is required for ammunition, powder, and primer purchases. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship ammunition, gunpowder, or primers. We are working on a solution to ship these products. Please contact us for more information.

Airgun Purchases: Airguns with a muzzle velocity of 500fps or less do not require a PAL to purchase. However, the purchaser must be 18 or older. Please email a scan or photo of your photo ID to [email protected].

Photo ID: We may request a copy of government-issued photo identification to verify identity for purchases when the billing and shipping addresses do not match. This is due to increased attempted fraudulent purchases using stolen credit cards.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned products; returns and exchanges are shipped back at the customer's expense. We do not charge a fee for exchanges.
• Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
• We do not accept firearm or ammunition returns; all firearm and ammunition sales are final. If a product requires repair, we will help you in any way possible. We want to help you and strive to treat others as we would like to be treated.

Credit Card: We accept Visa and Mastercard, both in-store and online.
