Shipping/Returns/Payments

Shipping: All orders, excluding ammunition or bulky items, ship for our $14.99 flat-rate shipping fee to all provinces. Territories are subject to additional freight charges. Ammunition and bulky items are shipped via courier and are subject to additional freight charges. We generally ship your item 1-2 business days after receiving the order (unless a restricted firearm transfer is required).

Firearm Shipping: All firearms must be sent to the address associated with the purchasers PAL. Firearms are shipped with Canada Post and are sent with a signature required.

EMT Payments: Please send payment to store@dominionoutdoors.ca and send a separate email with the password.

Firearm & Ammunition Purchases: A valid PAL is required for all firearms, ammunition and binary targets. Email a scan or photo of your PAL to store@dominionoutdoors.ca. For restricted firearm purchases please include your date of birth, place of birth, and shooting club name.

Returns & Exchanges:

• We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned products, returns and exchanges are shipped back at the customers expense. We do not charge a fee on exchanges.
• Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
• We do not accept firearm or ammunition returns. If a product requires repair we will help you in any way possible. We want to help you and we strive to treat others the way we would like to be treated.
